Amazing, quick, efficient and reliable - was very accommodating in terms of turn around. Took just a day with a very reasonable price and did an amazing job, compared to other jewelers who said the services that I needed would take 5 weeks and cost triple...would definitely be coming back for any future jewelry repair. In looking for a jeweler to clean my watch, I called Given Gold Jewlers. I spoke with Dan who said we just moved, but sure here's our new address. To my suprise when I arrived they had "literally" just moved! Unpacking and still setting up, Dan assisted me with my watch with a smile. Meantime I got to meet Rosie (the pooch), and Kathy his wife who was very personable and kind. These folks were awesome!! This was real customer service, thanks.

Helped me find the perfect stone, then designed and created exactly the engagement and wedding rings we wanted. They were and are beautiful. Later, when I need an appraisal for insurance purposes, Dan provided them - no problem. My experience is Dan West and Given Gold are excellent and highly professional.

Dan West is truly a fantastic jeweler and great guy!! Over the years my wife has enjoyed many custom pieces of jewelry crafted by Dan. He listens to your preferences and offers many creative suggestions and in the end you have something very special and unique. Given Gold is awesome and Dan is a gift!

Dan and Alex are good people! Dan's work is excellent as he has been mastering his craft for 25+ years. He took in my engagement ring when a tiny gemstone fell out and quickly diagnosed what needed improvement. He expertly replaced the prongs, tightened the gemstones, refinished and work his magic. A couple days later, I get my ring back and it looks even better than before! I'm very happy with my experience and am so thrilled to have found Given Gold. I'll for sure count on them for all my jewelry needs. I cannot recommend these wonderful jewelers enough! Thank you Dan & Alex!

My husband & I both got our rings from here three years ago. The care and attention to detail Dan put into both my ring and his are unmatched. 5 stars doesn't do them justice. Honest, kind, fair and true craftsmanship.

Dan is genuinely one of nicest guys I have ever met, and he is extremely talented. He really has such a great eye, and made my vision come to life exactly how I had pictured it. I wanted a a classic cluster ring made from some loose inherited diamonds, and he did it beautifully. He also did a new diamond band - which is beautiful and such a classic piece. A couple weeks later I noticed the diamond in my grandmothers old naval ring needed securing - and he did it with such care and it came out perfectly. I cannot recommend him enough!

We have visited Given Gold, Dan and staff, numerous times. We have had only amazing experiences working with Dan. He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated.
